Sometimes the question is the doorway.

There are times when something keeps circling

a pattern you recognize but don’t understand,

a decision you can’t quite see around,

a change that has unsettled what you thought you knew,

or simply a question that refuses to leave you alone.

Bring it with you.

We’ll sit with it together.

I may draw from astrology,

Tarot,

symbolism,

pattern,

or simply a lifetime of paying attention to

the ways our lives speak to us.

I won’t tell you what to believe or what you should do.

Instead,

we’ll turn the question around,

look beneath it,

and see whether another way of seeing it appears.

Sometimes we find an answer.

Sometimes we discover

that the question underneath the question

was the important one all along.

One question.

One conversation.

Another place from which to see.
