people learned by watching the seasons,
tending the soil,
and paying attention to the quiet gifts growing around them.
This Herbarium is my way of honoring that relationship.
This Herbarium is a living collection of the plants I study,
grow,
gather,
source with care,
and work with throughout the seasons.
This is not meant to replace the wisdom of experienced herbalists
or medical professionals.
It is simply a record of one keeper’s relationship with the plants.
As the seasons change,
