💡 The Practice of Kindness

Kindness is not measured by grand gestures.

It is found in the smallest moments.

A patient word

A listening ear

A helping hand

or simply choosing compassion when it would be easier to look away.

Nature reminds us that gentleness is never weakness.

The strongest trees provide shelter.

The richest soil gives freely.

Even the smallest creatures care for one another without asking for recognition.

Kindness asks very little of us

yet it changes everything it touches.

Perhaps the world becomes better one quiet act at a time.

Perhaps that is enough.
