It is to look into it.
This is why White Quartz belongs to Reflection.
Mineral Truth
White Quartz — commonly called Milky Quartz — is crystalline silicon dioxide (SiO₂).
Its white or cloudy appearance is generally created by microscopic inclusions, tiny fluid-filled cavities, internal structures, or other features that scatter incoming light.
The quartz has not lost the light.
It has changed the way the light moves.
In the Old Language
In modern crystal traditions, White Quartz is associated with calm, clearing, simplicity, inward awareness, and gentle clarity.
Unlike the direct visibility of Clear Quartz, its symbolism is quieter.
There are things we understand by seeing clearly outward.
And there are things we understand only when we become still enough to look inward.
The Teaching
Reflection does not always give us a sharp image.
Sometimes what returns is softened.
Incomplete.
Waiting.
White Quartz does not demand that everything become transparent before it can be understood.
It reminds us that obscurity is not the absence of light.
Sometimes the light is simply moving differently.
